I’ve been leading UX design and research in the technology space for as long as I can remember. From early arcade games and DOS to building websites, I've always been drawn to merging art & science. From illustration to painting, I’ve carried that same sense of craftsmanship into design, research, and digital experiences.

 

My swaps from the agency work, back to tech, and back again mixing them together along the way has been my journey. Sharing these experiences with my teams over the years, and learning from each other along the way, has been one of the most meaningful parts of practicing servant leadership. We celebrate success and failures together and learning from it as one.
